Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with tags intact
A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please ensure that products are carefully packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items purchased on sale or discount
Gift cards
Customized or made-to-order products
Items showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration not caused by us
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.
We will review the request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit once the return is approved
If the item was not marked as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser
9. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Nivayara is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Return address details will be shared once the return request is approved.
