Refund & Returns Policy

At Nivayara, we take great care in crafting and delivering our products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with tags intact

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please ensure that products are carefully packed to avoid damage during return shipping.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased on sale or discount

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration not caused by us


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

We will review the request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing time may apply)

7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


8. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit once the return is approved

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser


9. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Nivayara is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

Return address details will be shared once the return request is approved.
